All inquiries elsewhere will be ignored.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a FULL REFUND not including shipping.

We must receive the return within 7 days from the date of DELIVERY.

Items exchanged or returned must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor.

We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items deliver to us, based on the availability we have at that time.

NO EXCEPTIONS

If a customer requests a return, it will be given only for the price of the item; we do not refund customers for the cost of shipping charges

Clearance, Final Sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges. 

Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages. 

We suggest that you ship items to us as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for.

Once items are received, we will process your return/exchange.

Typical exchange process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.

Shipping Policy

We process orders within  5-7 business days. This may take longer during new releases, sales, and holidays. We do not ship on weekends.

We are not able to ship to P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. BOX, APO, OR FPO address will be cancelled.

We are not responsible for orders lost or stolen in transit. Courier assumes all responsibilities. File lost/stolen claims with shipping courier.
