Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Store credit never expires.
We must receive the return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items exchanged or returned must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor.
We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items deliver to us, based on the availability we have at that time.
NO EXCEPTIONS
If a customer requests a return, it will be given only for the price of the item; we do not refund customers for the cost of shipping charges.
Clearance, Final Sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges.
Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages.
We suggest that you ship items to us as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for.
Once items are received, we will process your return/exchange.
Typical exchange process is completed within 3 days after receipt of items.
